John McCain has chosen Alaska Governor Sarah Palin to be his running mate

Sara Palin has integrity and values. She will be a great role model for all American not just women and minorities.

 

Ok 'integrity and values' where does she stand on the issues? Does anyone truly know? Besides not knowing what the VP does, besides appearing to have a habit of firing those who do not do her bidding, besides being extremely right wing minded 'damn personal liberty' what does she honestly stand for?

I haven't thought Obama had a chance for a long time, given Republican ability at swiftboating, but his abandonment of the pro-peace, pro-civil liberties portion of the Democratic base, indeed his open warmongering against Pakistan and Russia and refusal to criticize the Bush police state, clinched it. They have five children, including one with Down's syndrome, whom they refused to abort. Palin will bring the whole Republican base home, and some Independent and Democratic women. Palin even blunts Hillary for 2012.

Pro busineess, pro life, progun,want to push alternative hybrid motors, Increase the # of powerplants. Is pushing for use of solar energy, Asked the local government to cut down on the processes they require on local business.

 

I asked what she stood for, instead of being able to respond of what she stands for you post something from Lew Rockwell.

Do you know where she stands on major issues or not? I sure as the hell don't, nor does any place I have researched.

I will take it as you do not have a clue where she stands on issues, just like everything else I have read today, barely any issue is known where she stands. Besides gays, abortion, guns, oil and a few others. How about the war on drugs for instance, I have found nothing, nadda, zilch.

WtF those are the issues. She has smoked weed. She said in one article that we had enough laws on the books and need to focus on those instead of pushing more legislation that may or may not enforced. Drugs are not an issue for me.

 

Well a link source from the beginning would be nice, most people do put them. A article that quite possibly is simply fed via RSS, doesnt' matter if RP himself wrote it to me as it's far from the 'issues' a small amount of issues, not anywhere near everything or even a good starting point.

So she's for the drug war, a failing war is an issue to me, anti liberty and freedom is an issue to me. There however is far more than just the drug war that we have no idea on her stance.

It is not just to 'please me' it's standard etiquette when quoting an article to link to the source, in many cases it's also required by law.

So you don't in fact know where she stands on the issues, thank you for continuing to prove the point that those jumping up and down with glee for her don't even know where she stands above anti abortion, pro guns, pro drilling for oil and being anti gay for the most part.

I like the pro gun stance, being a bigot I do not care for, abortion I honestly believe in a womans choice but am open to states rights on the issue, I do not believe the feds should have power here however, as far as drilling for oil my stance is loud and clear on that subject. Most of the case it will not help for a long time if any, is more of a band aid to win over the dumbed down masses while quite possibly making us less secure in the long term. The right plan I could support, not simply 'lets drill our way out of it'

 

Don't forget, I tried to get you to engage in a discussion about Palin back in June but you were not interested.
I like what I read back then. I know more about her on the issues than your man Obama (just kidding) and McCain. Probusiness is what I am concerned about and less government and fighting corruption is all so important. I like that in America we can be concerned about different issues.
