Fact 1, I was not hosting warez, and it doesn't matter what i was hosting or not hosting, the main point is here why deluxhoster went down and the admins fail to explain it every time? Why do you change subjects and state that I was banned. Ok i was banned, that not the point. By you explanation, if a client is hosting warez on his/her account, your whole server goes down. Is that it? That is what you pointing up to. If this is so, then your guys service is definitely not reliable...

And mates, how can you say that I was hosting warez or violation any of your TOS when Domdaf (Deviant) in fact does not know who I am. Look at my previous posts on this thread. He PMed me that he does not know who I am, then claims that I was hosting warez. If deviant, you do not know who I am, how can you claim I hosted warez. Reply....

Fact 2, how can you be a customer of deluxhoster when you just joined digital point this month. Dude, you are just another staff of neoshares who is trying to act like a third party.

Fact 3, I know I won't be offered a refund. Its just anther scam to get hold of my identities. What proof is there that I will be offered a refund when it was not given the first time. My intentions are now to make other people aware of the games being played by neoshares staffs....

So you were lying all along to the people that your deluxhoster "server" (in quotes) was initially facing Ethernet problems and then was hacked. The fact is that that screenshot is genuine and i can provide evidence to anyone who needs it. You made a big mistake in sending me the PM. Admins, please access my account and see the PM's for yourself and decide for yourself.

As I PMed you, I will leave this thread if you just tell the truth to everyone that you do not own servers, you buy off resellers from here and advertise them as your own package. And don't change the subject that i was hosting warez or violating the TOS.

BTW, I have already achieved my aim to warn everyone of your scam setup. They will obviously follow this thread and read every post before deciding. Its up to the people to decide. I absolutely hate scammers like you deviant/Domdaf/digitalzone, and I have done my duty to inform all other fellow digital point members about your scam setup and dealings with your clients.

Members who want evidence that deluxhoster was a scam setup and domdaf does not own servers, please PM me and I will provide you with the evidence.

Just remember, take caution from domdaf, he has a history of scams...

Long ago we got Reseller when our business was small,now it has expand and offering premium webhosting on our own server!

Was deluxhoster your own server?
If yes, why did it redirect to shoutserv.com suspended page?
Or was deluxhoster a scam setup?

Answer these questions in public, and I will leave this thread alone...You fail to answer these questions time and again dude....

I told you that we had a dedicated server but due to lot of restriction i had not choice to cancelled the subscription of the dedi server and launch my own server and transfer all members on my new server

If you want another account on our server then just pm me the details, don't bump this topic on digitalpoint!

umm, first it faced severe ethernet/firewall problems, then it was hacked, now you canceled it because of restrictions. wow, lie after lie. Then where goes the suspended story. You just explained previously the reason for the suspended page (redirecting to shoutserv.com), and now you say you voluntary cancelled the subscription.

Fact is, no body is happy...you hardly have customers now, maybe once per two months who also ask for refund when they see downtimes as much as 3 days per week...

I am backing up Eminem's claims. I was also scammed by deviant 2 days ago...He refused to refund me... I found out this thread from a post on neoshares... I registered here and this is my post to support Eminem and his claims. Deviant's reason for not giving me refund was that he is now a retired admin so it is not his concern anymore to deal with web hosting or neoshares for that matter. He is selling neoshares too, i came to know this from another post on neoshares...
