Prize: $20.00 Logo Request: Need a logo/image and title graphics for our new service "Mail-Defense" Theme: logo will be for service providing antispam and antivirus service (providing email protection against phishing, etc., spam, viruses and email attacks) Needs to appeal to companies - so more of a corporate look. it can incorporate the name "Mail Defense" or can simply be a logo that would be a head turner, but simple and the client would say "this is what im looking for" by just looking at the logo. I also would like to have a short tagline maybe you can think of a good one. Ill add $5.00 if the tagline fits perfectly with the design. Ill pay by paypal. more contest to follow. thanks

sarsh11: I think the logo style and colors dot not have much corporate appeal and lacks uniqueness. creations4u: the colors are nice but i think viewers wouldnt be able to decipher much on what the letter with question marks mean... but i like the colorful appeal to the service. a4hire: there seems to be not much identity in seeing the logo as it may seem too common... maybe it would be nicer to play around with the fonts and colors in the logo as the logo would need to "stand out" on its own, and the graphics title "uniquely identifiable" and when you place them side by side to be a main web title, there would be balance in its shape. I also initially though of a shield as an accent but maybe there is a more creative touch to the graphics? just an idea, the mail defense initials can also be "MD" like a doctor which cures problems? or cliparts of bacteria figures (representing spam, virus, phishing, email attack) being chased or crushed by the "swooshing" Mail Defense title (if you get what i mean) what do you think? but of course it needs to stay within the corporate model so it wouldnt be too boring to view over and over. it could also be that the logo would be incorporated between "mail" and "defense" or even on top as long as it blends well. the hyphen donot need to be included. what other graphical figures can we associate with "mail" and "defense" that would make the viewers "wow!". a little bit 3D effect would be nice... you may also want to play around with some unique cliparts, waves, lines and shadows. And also with the tagline, I would prefer a more advanced word approach like "Zero Spam. Period." thanks for all the participants as we continue to search for the design who stands out from the rest. pat3ck: the design is nice, but I think it would not blend well as a website main logo because if I resize it it wont be readable anymore considering the letter envelope design. Its nicely plain and simple and lacks effects. onlyflights: thank you its nice but unfortuantely it is missing the "logo" I was referring to like the presented contestants. it should be unique logo and graphics title where you can separate them or combine them and each will have its identity. what if the color background is not black? would the color design and effect belen well with lets say black background? I also prefer there is no "dash" (-) as this is not part of the brand, just the domain name. I also was thinking the bacteria here (representing bad spam) does it look like it is defeated? or maybe this seems that the bacteria here is what will defend the mailbox? I also am skeptical about the pictures as these are merely samples and would not want to be told "you used this image."
onlyfights: could you pls try to separate the "mail" from the "defence". also, isnt the font too fat for a main page title? if it is smaller would it have the same look? It may be better to make the font as 3D block and add sparkle to a side. I also am waiting for any logo that can be blended with the entry. nora: nice touch. creative color combinations and a little more graphics would be better. this design would be used as the main image on the front site so it needs to be a catchy design probably a shiny font (gold or silver?) with little 3D effect, probably a little shadow and sparkle effect on the edge?. Could you pls place the logo on the left and add the tagline "Zero Spam. Period." vivko: thanks for the revision, but the logo appears to not be a logo in itself and if separated from the words, would not be identifiable so maybe you can add more to the logo for it to stand out in itself if separated from the title - probably a smaller logo but with unique initials? Lets make the tagline "Zero Spam. Period." Also, is there any other item you can think of more compelling other an injection to "kill" spam? overall the design is great. eCovers4uGfx: could you post your design again please? another idea i can add to your thoughts is to blend a speeding bullet (with mild tail effect) top or bottom of the title? that would be catchy to "protect" the client. TO ALL PARTICIPANTS: The tagline should now be specifically "Zero Spam. Period." Ill increase the prize to $30.00 to the winner, and $5 each for consolation prizes as i see that many try their best to participate and enhance their work. The contest runs for 3 days so we still have room for improvement and submission of new entries and final revisions of existing entries. Good Luck.
