Zango is best, imo. Best payouts and they pay on time. If you're out of the country (US) they will require some ID to confirm you are who you say you are (I'm guessing the SSN you provide if you're in the US is enough). You aren't going to find any higher payouts or more flexible system, though.

Search Google for Pay Per Install or just go to www.pay-per-install.com there is always some new PPI added and later deleted if not paying
The best is ZangoCash. The next in order of my preference are VCStats, BucksLoads and LuxeCash. VC and BL are invite-only, so PM me if you want an invite. Those are the best PPI companies with the best rates.
well fellows, idk if you are going to be able to believe me or not on this one, but dang I dont think I have ever seen anyone try to do this before. He is trying to advertise an investing company. First off I doubt that mostly anyone here would be interested in an investment company, but I could be wrong, and second off its also the affiliate company for the investment company. He says you do not have to do anything but thats wrong, no where can you make money and just do nothing. He even said that he set up a blog for this and thats doing something in my book and second off he is trying to advertise this through one on one talk and to me to be able to even find ppl interested in this would be a lot of work and the conversion rate for this would be even lower. Total waste of time.
You can find a whole forum dedicated to pay per install programs pay-per-install.org ... There are quite a few high paying companies Oxocash, 3LX ... For some reason, Vcstats is banned from there. However, before you really start promoting this stuff, especially high rates companies, make sure you're not promoting companies that steal CC data and just do what adware is supposed to do... You can get in trouble if you promote the wrong company ..

yea go-go-cash is really starting to hit it off right now but i mostly stick with zango for the time being
How about CPALead? I've been looking for some gateway ad for a long time, but dont want my visitors to have to install anything. CPALead apparently has a gateway function aswell, however users only have to do a survey right?
