This is why I support YPN, Google would "NEVER" do this.

I received this after the problems YPN had last month. Google never, "NEVER" would do this. Hell they never answer anything.. But to get a positive response like this??

    Kudo's YPN..

    Hello ******,

In response to your previous email reporting discrepancies between the "Daily Balance" totals on the homepage of your Yahoo! Publisher Network account versus the daily "Revenue Totals" reported in the "Performance Reports", we would like to address this error and apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused.

This reporting issue has been identified and has been addressed by our technical team. The July revenue totals within your Yahoo! Publisher Network account will be adjusted accordingly by the next payment cycle which is scheduled for August 31st, 2008. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Again, we are sorry that you have been affected by this issue.

    Sincerely,

    Byron Thomas

Yes I also agree with this. I had few problems with them in early days and their support was Quick and very supportive. Googlers were also supportive in their early days but now they are worst .

google adwords support is very good, they even have live chat. Don't know much about adsense but I think if you mail them a issue they will fix it.

Google's network is far bigger than YPN, so it is difficult for Google to respond to each mail.

It seems that Yahoo has pretty good support. That'll definitely please their customers.

Google only provides support when you are paying them. They care less about publishers.

This is no surprise being that when we use Adwords we are spending our money with g. With Adsense, they are sending us a portion of their money so they don't need to have as good of support for Adsense.

YPN support kills the google adsense support. No one could deny that.

But when it comes to technolgy, google wins hands down.

I haven't had cause to call or email for support in a long time, but I'm glad to see that they are still offering first class support for their publishers.

Cannot wait for them to expand to other countries as Google needs some competition

    WOW.
My ROI in the YPN program was so bad, I abandoned the effort long ago.
Forgot I even had an account...LOL
I'll give it a go once again, so long as their targeting is better managed.

That is very nice of them to write to you like that. I think you are right, google would never do that. I don't like adsense very much any more because it does not pay well too. Maybe i should look at using yahoo publishers network.

dont know, but i have always had great support from adsense.

their response were never late (more than two days).

however, if you consider the amount of publishers for both, google should be praised to continue their work up to the mark.
