Below are a few things I dont understand to well. Thank you to anyone kinda enough to help me!
    1. Can I run adsense on multiple sites using my current account?

    2. If I put a adsense ad on a new site will it adjust the ad's to
display things oriented with the site?

    3. With the adsense+youtube ad does youtube take ANY of the money I
    make?

    4. Seems that people have clicked the ad's on my site but yet I have
not received any money... when does this update?

    5. What type of ad supplies the most money if clicked?

    6. Confused about HOW MANY ad's can I have on a page? Different
    sources tell me different things.

    7. I thought Adsense was Pay Per Click but mine says "eCPM"

Also it shows I have clicks on youtube ad but yet no money earned. (Same with my google search bar)

eCPM is not giving money never for good.
Cost per click is success !

CPC and CPM ads are both served automatically by Google.

    1. You can run as many sites/blogs, using one account. Make sure, those sites follow adsense TOS at all times. You are permitted to have only one adsense account.

    2. If you put adsense of new site, the ads will be based on the content. If you write about airplanes, visitors will see ads related to airplanes.

    3. Google owns Youtube. So, yes Youtube takes the money, but need not worry.

    4. Google uses world-class sophisticated systems to check invalid clicks. So, if the system detects such clicks, they may be counted, but you won't be paid. I suggest you contact Google, if you're getting such clicks, to be safe.

    5. That depends on placement on the ads. Both text and image ads work well.

    6. See this post.

    7. Adsense pays you for both impressions and clicks. The earnings from impressions are quite low compared to ads with clicks. Hence, eCPM (Cost Per Impressions) and CPC (Cost Per Click).

It is my understanding that the text based ads, like you see in the top corner of DP pages, are CPC, and the image based ads, like you see in between posts on DP, are CPC and CPM. The money you get from 1000 impression is probably no more than $0.25 anyway so I choose text ads for my site.

Well I have the default one ad's and text and it just list as CPM.

If I put a new thing up on another site will it have a chance at being CPC?

Whether it's a CPM or CPC ad, just place it at the right position. It doesn't matter what type of ads are being displayed. All it matters is the placement of ads, content, visitor traffic and you!
