They don't even know what accounts they had! Like I said before, always keep your site backed up on a second webhosting company's server, just incase you need to switch.

black surfer your so right, And yes we were hacked and we did loose everything.

We had every security measure we could have up,
we send out a newsletter to all clients to make sure when installing scripts to make sure they delete those folders, we removed 4 last month,

As for the back up's. it wouldn't have mattered. they deleted those too and all databases on server 1. we have now turned off any thing we possibly could that has a weakness and are using an external hd and backing up daily. We fired the security people we hired two weeks ago and have level 3 security now.

So after we recover and our clients get their sites up. we will be sending out newsletters to all that lost their account and they will be getting a good surprise for their loss.

No other company would do this , so we hope that it will keep our faithful customers as we still are getting compliments from customers still, which is unusual with a loss this big.

We are very sorry for everyone's loss and are working hard to re-fill every order we have.

Thank you to those who trusted us enough to give us a try with everybody and their neighbors hosting these days.

No offsite backups? That's pretty negligent- IMO.
