I have taken all possiblemeasures to find what would be reason for the sudden removal of my websites. And I found the below issues other than this I could n't find any,
    1. The first thing i found is keyword density sounds alarming. For example the keyword "car loans" has 12.4% and "Car loan" has 8.13%. Could this be the reason?
    2. And If i take up the domain from the dropped domain list, does this lead to be banned by Google?

Could these issues lead a site to be banned by Google?

One of my domains http://www.creditexa.com is also banned by google. I am having very strong back links (PR5). And the domain is also submitted to 1000 directories, about 500 already approved. There was no reason to ban it, still I do not understand why it happened.

I think as the niche is very competitive, some people must be working against new domains.

what seo have you done recently?

Have you employed someone else to do seo for you?

You KWD is a not a problem.

The domain coming from a drop list does not likely lead to a ban. I have hundreds of driopped domains no problem.

Do you see Googlebot in your logs?

Has someone loaded up webmaster tools (on your behalf) and removed the site. Go and check what webmaster tools has to say.

An example would be if a site was in google for its domain search term ie "domainname.com" then not that would be a sign of it being dropped/banned/penalized its a tough old game bud.
I have had a few sites that were doing well disappear for no reason I have gone over them with a fine tooth comb in the end cut your losses and start again!

It makes you start to think someone is out to get ya and that you just cant get no where.

    Keep with it!

Could be a wide range of things...As important as back links are...It is equally important to make sure they are relevant to your niche...What people fail to realize is that even though you might have relevant back links...You have to make sure the sites that are linking to you are not black listed themselves or considered part of a link farm which is bad in goggles eyes...If you had some seo work done to your site...they may have used black hat tactics...It really sucks to start over again...but a good start is to make sure you know who are linking to you...there's always going to be people out there using black hat tactics and they dont have a problem bringing other sites down with them..also getting too many back links in a short period of time can get you banned.

In my opinion you may have some back links from links farms or bad links from black listed sites...Here is a free back link checker I've used before..It checks your back links and the page rank of your back links...to give you an idea of what is working for you and whats not...You can also go to the sites where your link is located and see if the site is credible...here is the link to the back link checker..hope this helps...
