If all of us become vegetarians, there would not be any balance i the ecosystem and soon the planet will over run with goats and hens and pigs and rabbits and we humans would not have place to saty. There is some reason behind everything and behind most of us being meat eaters, this is it : man should rule the planet and never be out numbered
Thanks for sharing that video, it really was an eye opener. As for me, all I know is that I know nothing. - Socrates
I will die without beef steak, sorry about that, maybe in next life I will be a vegetarian, or at least I will try to be.....
Eating less meat will reduce the demand for pigs, cattle, and poultry, which are raised for the purpose of slaughter. When this demand is reduced, the forced breeding of these animals by humans will fall, being replaced by the natural process as in other animals. Then the total livestock population will fall, more land will be freed up for producing veggies and fruits, and some more will be left for other wildlife.
Beef it's what's for dinner... TONIGHT! Eating less meat = disaster! I need my balance especially protein.
I would be OK if they die without any pain. But sorry, I just can't stop eating meat. I have stopped eating in KFC because of the way they slaughter the chickens tho.
Man is alredy ruling the planet, they create global warming, man cut down forest and destroy animals home, man creates pollutions (air, water, noice and more), man do everything for their benefits without caring about nature.Man destroys nature. And no if we all eat vegetables, there won't be full of goats and hens, actually their number is not that high, man produce these animals !! and they make them grow fast using medicines(business owners do this because of high demand and they need to increase production power so they make more sales and more money !! ).Man will destroy his own earth, they knows it alredy but they DON'T CARE !!, they are busy in search for another planet where its possible for living things to survive. Its because of man many animals were extinct, man creates all the evils in this world.Man is the most dangerous creature on earth (its a fact).A tiger kill and eat zebra but they still love their parents.Man kill their own parents for money.Hitler kills millions of people, is there an animal who will kill millions of animals of their own species.Even I'm a man but man always have a choice. You can be good or bad.Man have brain, and can think on his own.Herbivores will eat only plants and carnivores will eat other animals. But we are not animals, when you see that video, don't you really feel those pains.Do you really think its right too stab a knife on a playful and innocent animals.WE HUMAN CAN LIVE WITHOUT EATING MEAT AND INFACT VEG IS MORE HEALTHY, vegetarians live longer than non-vegetarins (its a fact). You have milk for calcium, you have beans for proteins, you have vegetables for all the vitamins. We have brain and we always have choice.
I think it's better to eat meat AND veggies. Because that's how we're made. No sense in interrupting nature's design.
Agree, we are omnivores, we need both vegetables and meat. Though I am all supportive of better treatment for farm animals and the conditions under which they are slaughtered. We can definitely be more humane on that. But with regards to being a vegetarian or not, it is one's own choice.
Life comes for 1 so have fun and do what ever u wanna to do. I am an non vegetarian and like to live life with it.
um, do You know how old our planet is? 4, 5 billion years maybe? and do You know how old a human kind is? 100,000 maybe 200,000 years old? You think that our planet, which survived erosion, vulcanos, meteor showers, global warming, earthquakes, solar flares, magnetic storms, floods can be THREATENED by us? You think that WE can DESTROY this PLANET? well, I can tell You - you have no idea what You're talking about . Do you know that about 90% of species that LIVED in this planet before or among us are DEAD already? we didn't kill them - nature did. Nature is evolving and WE - as humans are only one step in naturem, that ( well, lets face it ) will be gone someday too. Anyway, about this movie the first guy posted - I, as human didn't fight my way to TOP of the food chain to not eat something as good, tasty as big steak...
I have never in my life eaten meat and i am pretty confident i have a better health and phisics than anybody else i've met considering i've never been ill as well.I really mean never,i dont even know my blood group(never passed into an hospital) nor what does it mean to suffer from illness. I am really serious.I also have to point out that my organism rejects any type of meat, tried to eat some when i was 25 and throwned it up shortly after.
i dont want to be a vege person although i like a little vege but still i eat meat all the time. breakfast, lunch diner. and i love it.
Humans are not really omnivores. There's all kinds of things we don't eat; grass in the field, for example, or (for the most part) freshly killed flesh from animals we have taken down with our teeth and claws. Most primates are largely fruitarian, although they, like us, are flexible and can eat meat in times of deprivation. I would like to register my support of a vegan diet after seven years of practicing it; I don't miss any animal-derived food at all, and I was a fast food addict before. I also believed that I needed meat. After facing the reality that mass slavery of animals is bad for the planet, the animals, and our species which could use the land better for plant foods, I learned that the craving for animal products is not as enduring as it is compelling. After six weeks, there was no turning back. Now, the smell of meat makes me a little ill. Karma, Golden Rule, they all lead to the conclusion that you wouldn't want to be livestock.
