    please review my forum and give me suggestion how I can increase earning and how I can get more traffic.

    Have you considered organizing contests to attract more visitors to your forum? If you are an active member in other forums, just create a signature link that tells about the ongoing contests. That would help. Another thing which you can do is to promote your forum as "dofollow" to attract members to join.

    Just promote your forum in some site like orkut and facebook app like you can get more traffic. .

    It’s means removing the nofollow tags for all the signatures on every posts made on your forum. That will encourage visitors to contribute to the forum and get backlinks at the same time. For instance, just view the source code for this page and you will see that the nofollow are removed in DP forum
