You simply need to do more reading into the subject. The explaination I made of the monetary system is a simple fact. Every economist will agree on that. The money value of (FIAT) dollars is based upon increasing the money supply. It is no longer attached to the gold standard as it was before 1913.
The dollar has a current value of less then 4% of what it was worth in 1913.

About the juridical thing, it is a fact that many Dutch lawyers are now against the prisoner exchange program with America simply because the law in there is not even close to our known standard. Because of this the Dutch lawyers cannot move freely. They are subject of intimidation (yes its even in this topic, but have a look at when the government of US does it) and some lawyers do not even want to return to the US. This is a simple fact.
I wish Americans would learn multiple languages at school so they could handle themselves internationally, and maybe if u learned Dutch you could understand the following:
