Hi, I need a vps located in the netherlands. I basically need it to host ONE website along with a couple small scripts. Looking for something not to expensive. I don't really need much HD space or bandwidth (10gb-30gb would be good) Don't really have a preference on OS or control panel.

Could be a number of reasons, could be because of offshore hosting - also bandwidth is sometimes a little cheaper in the Netherlands and the poster may find that he can ping servers in Netherlands the best.
Netherlands is hardly offshore (offshore meaning lenient in terms of copyright infringement) anymore, you're better of hosting in the USA where you won't suffer from latency delays
