    Hello

I'm sick of this, USA there, USA here, USA everywhere. It's about time someone does not bow to them. Russia was not the aggressor in this war, but USA think they were. Also all western media makes russians as the villain, sick! I hate USA, i really do and alot. I hope that someone teaches a lesson to USA and its citizens.

World powers are control freaks. You do remember when the USSR(Russian Empire) was an Empire don't you. they were control freaks as well.

What are you saying with that statement?

Every country, every tribe has legends and stories... of Good Vs Evil. We are over here, they are over there... We are good, they are evil...

This is just normal. You shouldn't worry about the MSM. No one believe them anyway...

Feel better? I usually do after vomiting, as well.

I haven't jumped in on the South Ossetia threads because I don't know enough about the issue, and based on what I do know, I'm conflicted on my appraisal of the situation. Wading through the feelings on both sides, as well as the inevitable (and, given realpolitik, understandable) propaganda from both sides, isn't easy.

calling out for violence against citizens of any nation is terrorism plain and simple...this is not the way to solve anything and it wont make your life better in any way...just look at americans and their violence and what it has brought them...

the american people live behind a huge "iron curtain" and if they are guilty of ignorance and maybe arrogance but its not really their fault their government is powerful and in full control of their mass media...they are generally afraid and conditioned to act without thinking for themselves and anything violent you do will not only be wrong but will also fuel their "ideas" about the world...

active non violent resistance to the occupying forces is your best realistic option...one day we will all have a way to defend ourselves against them but until then you should not be like them...

Oh great. It's another "I hate the USA" thread. Haven't we had enough of the same old thread already?

I will be the first to admit that the country is not perfect, but lumping all of its citizens in the same group together is dangerous. Every single one of these threads make US citizens sound like brain dead zombies, slowly wandering the land with our arms straight out, drooling while staring into nothingness, believing everything our government and our media tell us. And most of the time the thread starter hasn't even visited or lived within the United States for any substantial period of time.

So please, spare me the "I hate the United States cuz they are such meanies, stealing my favorite Tonka truck" threads and worry bout your own damn country.

its the US gov and your military invading other countries that is the point of the post...we would gladly "worry about our own damn country" and not think about the US army flying over half the world to bomb/oppress/secure oil reserves but the death and destruction kind of steer us off course:D

youre not exactly switzerland you know LOL...wonder why theres no hate threads against the swiss? (hint: they dont spend 450.000.000.000$/year on bombs and weapons and war like you do)

the moment all american guns for hire return home ill put an american flag on my house i dont care...oppress yourselves hell you have 50 something states you can create false wars in your own country and steal each others resources :D

bkinfomail, wow, that was some "free speech" as americans like it! :)

You missed 10 programs on CNN & Fux Channel. You are getting blamed for Georgia invading South Ossetia and showing south ossetians ruins AS georgians. Only people in US (not all of course) will believe in that cr*p, cos they know f all about this region ;) Read the history first.

Again, why are we getting blamed for them invading? I would just rather stay out of the whole situation personally. But somehow, other countries want to drag us into it.

It is funny that when we help other countries in any manner, we get blamed for helping them too much.

But when countries need help, who do they come running to?

Again, in that invasion russian forces found an american citizen among georgian troops. Its very hard to believe that mister Bush did not say OK to Saakashvili and that he didnt know about this planned attack. Here is another proof with your flag:

I think there is a pretty reasonable explanation for that picture. Talk about distorting the truth here NFS....

When the invasion first started, Georgian troops were moved from their original deployment in Iraq (where they were assisting US troops) back to Georgia to assist with matters occuring on their own soil. The American flag on his badge could have very well been there because they have been assisting US forces in Iraq, which they have been doing because they are our allies, and have been doing so for quite some time. I know that you are a lot closer to this Russian\Georgian confilct than I am, but I doubt you even know the exact whereabouts of this soldier when the conflict started.

And if the US is as sneaky, underhanded, and deceitful and many members here want to believe, then I really don't think we would have been dumb enough to print ID cards for a "planned sneak attack" with the American flag on them. Real sneaky....

This crossed the line, you should read the rules before posting.

Anybody that generalizes the "US people" as a whole needs a reality check. Separate attacks on the government, from attacks on the American people, and our country in general. Also by bashing the US, or it's people you put yourself in no better position than the claims you make. It's indeed hypocritical.

You don't see many Americans making threads about how other countries suck. The fuel is there if any of us wanted to do it, but we don't. :) If you really want to make a difference in the world go volunteer your time to the community, set up a protest, try to overthrow the US government, or build a rocket ship to Mars. Complaining on this forum is getting you, and your fellow anti US friends nowhere.

If that picture isn't propaganda then I don't know what is. You attack the credibility of American news sources, and then you have audacity to post something like that, and call it proof of direct American involvement??? That picture is no better than a washed up celebrity tipping of the paparazzi for a little press. Did you get that from a Russian news source? Because they are really fair. (sarcasm)

American citizens have been found in the Taliban, what's your point? It's not a uncommon occurrence for US civilians to go back to their country and serve. US forces have trained soldiers across the globe from all different countries. Mexico, Peru, Ethiopia, and Columbia just to name a few. I can't argue the fact that we have relations with Georgia, but to blame this conflict on the US is unfair.
