That notice doesn't mean that some of your channels won't show. It means that some of your impressions/clicks/earnings may be recorded under more than one channel. For one example, if you have an ad unit that is being tracked by both a custom channel and a URL channel.

Still, this doesn't mean that it is happening to you. It's just a reminder from Google that it's possible, and that aggregate data is used to see your actual earnings.

If your concern is what you mentioned in the title of this thread, about some channels not showing, then it's possible that they don't have any impressions or clicks during the time that you selected for the report.

actually before this, my adsense channel will showed at Report Overview, but now they won't. Is this because adsense tracked a multiple channel? I just want to know a multiple channel like what?

The overview (main page when you log in) only shows up to 25 channels when you click on the top channels. So if you have over 25 with earnings, you will not be able to see them all unless you go to advanced reports. You can also just click "view all AdSense for Content channels" after you have dropped down the top channels list.

Since it does not show channels in the top channels list without earnings, you probably won't see very many right after midnight until more of the channels start to get earnings again today. If you changed the overview from "today" to "this month - August" then you would probably see more on the list.

The multiple channels situation doesn't have anything to do with what your issue appears to be. That's just a standard message that Google places whenever you run a channel report in advanced reports. It's a friendly reminder from them. It just means that if you track some of your ads with more than one channel (for example, say you use "abc.com" URL channel and "homepage" custom channel), then it will show double of your impressions, clicks and earnings, if you display both channels at once. You didn't really earn double, though. That's what they want to remind you.

Is any of this helpful for you?

Then, I'm guessing that the reason why you didn't see them anymore on the overview is because it was displaying "today" and they did not have any earnings so far today at the time that you were viewing. Without seeing any other information, that's my best guess. :)

If you're receiving a decent amount of traffic so that you would expect some more of those channels to get clicks frequently, then try looking again in a couple of hours. Once some earnings have been recorded, those channels will appear in today's report.

Let me know if I can help you with understanding anything about it. I'll do my best to help if I can.

They shouldn't show on the overview page unless they have earnings. However they could have earnings without clicks due to CPM ads.

Do they show in the selection options in the advanced report page? Also do they show on the channels page?

It doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong in adding the channels. When you create the new code for each section, do you select the proper channel that you want to ensure that the code uses that channel?

You should be able to view these channels this way:

Go to Advanced Reports after you log in.
On the right side, click on the Channel data option.
Scroll down to Active Custom Channels and select one or more of these.
If you don't see it there, scroll down further and look under Inactive Custom Channels just to be certain.
On the left side, go to Choose data range and change it from Today to this month - August.
Click Display Report and see the results.

If you have had any activity on the channel so far this month, even just impressions but no earnings, you should have something show up here.
