The possibility is the same as it is right now, they're real people visiting your sites, if they're interested in an ad they'll click, or depending on your ad placement they might click by mistake as well.

Most of you should start getting traffic soon. Please go log into your user panel and see what it says under the "amount served" category, you should have gotten some good traffic sent. We will send out more traffic by the day so it looks like a steady increase.

 

well so far I only see roughly close to 300 visitors sent, but certainly hoping that will increase as a day per day basis, and also I am using google analytics to keep track of all this and it has shown no increase in traffic, but for everyone who is looking out there to purchase this I will be keeping track to make sure this isn't bot or fake traffic, but I have high hopes that it aint

All of them are, unique visits, but I think about 80,000 would be picked up as unique by awstats and even fewer are picked up by analytics simply because of their limitations.

You can, but then your basically sending loads of traffic to another site, which might not be good for you since I cant guarantee that someone will buy whatever the affiliate site offers. Its worth a try though.
