He paid me for this product, gave him a broken link (hosting was down) then after I re-emailed him a working link he is not responding and my money is being held...
There is a "Sorry Situation" For you , as try to contact him. If you have invoice reciept then post it on paypal dispute along with working link and just wait for reply , thats the best you can do.
Typically once buyer's initiates a dispute they don't need to reply on paypal, paypal normally disputes in their favour . Check post your product link and try to contact the client. Good luck.
Did he select goods or service when sending payment? If he included a shipping Adress then you lost it if he didnt then u won it! But why is your money held? Did he file a unauthorized dispute?
