I would say, what is this meant to be? Lead us to that site?, complaining about that site?, asking opinions about that site? I'm so confused with this
I guess this is the issue. No, I don't think that it is against the AdSense TOS. BUT, you would have to add the site to your "Approved Sites" list. This could be dangerous, if the site EVER violates the TOS. I would NEVER take such a gamble, since I do not control the site.
Isn't DP doing it also? Take a look here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/faq.php?faq=dp_faq#faq_revenue_sharing
how does this differ from the "ad revenue sharing" here on digitalpoint? Similar concept correct? I have thought about doing some of this on some of my sites as well....however....I agree with you Surf Dude....could be very risky. Peace, DJ Bill
well, if you allow your own client ID number on another site, what if that site unintentionally violates AdSense TOS in someway? There are some caveats is what I mean. But also meant to ask if other sites are doing this same thing? I am pretty sure it proliferates in some way on some networks somewhere unbeknownst to the AdSense masses . . . .
You can't compare dp with that site; dp is a trusted and popular forum whereas the other one in question if violates TOS, the chances of loosing your account is more
Got it. - I was just referring to principal of revenue sharing but I haven't looked closer on the other site.
