Don't ask why I'm selling it when I have a $2000-3000 income from services offered plus hosting accounts and services...it's just time to move on, so I need a quick sale...I will introduce you to the clients, as I have a close relationship with all of them...I'd be giving them my word that YOU, the buyer, will be very good as well.

    WHMCS:

    Monthly: $1229.99 (83)
    Quarterly: $60.85 (2)
    Semi-Annually: $121.70 (2)
    Annually: $710.31 (28)
    Biennially: $0.00 (0)
    Est. Annual Income: $15956.99
    (Domains Counted Annually)

INCOME FROM HOSTING AND SERVICES PROVIDED: $2-3000 PER MONTH...w/ Paypal proof.

Comes with clients, 3 websites that refer people to the services...if you're a website designer all the clients are my actual design clients so monthly income almost triples from referrals and side design jobs from the clients.

If you're not a website designer, 99% of these clients will constantly need web design services so you need to make sure you can take care of that.
    Also..Site is PR#

I'm ready to get out of the business..this isn't a rash decision..It's time for me to move on.

    Serious bidders only!

    What are your expenses ?
How long have you been running it ?
What are your hosting plans ? Your average monthly payment is around $15/client , so what all do you provide them in that amount ?

Finally, how much are you expecting for the clients ?

I have a reseller account with hostnine, and I pay 6 months at a time and it's paid up till December 2008.$39.95/month..it's cPanel hosting, so if you wanted to move the clients to your server, that wouldn't be a problem.

I've been in business for over 3 years with this company.

I have several hosting plans, and they all receive the same amount of space, they just come with different services.

I offer webdesign service, updating service, SEO, and a few others that can be done if you have a designer/developer on staff or are one yourself, all of the services aren't out of your league and you should be able to perform them..

This doesn't just come with the hosting clients..this also comes with everything I use to run the business, including scripts, website templates, and my time to introduce you to the clients and assist you in learning what it is I offer and even incorporating my whole business into yours if that is what you'd like to do.

Most hosting clients pay $10/month and there are more accounts at $4.95/ month..I have 2 SEO clients at $100 and $129 per month, and weekly site service accounts at $39.95/ month. We also have about 20 domain accounts.

The other half of the income comes from website design orders and update orders from the existing clients.

I'd like to get over $25,000 for everything...if you're interested in a tour of it all, send me a message or PM...Serious buyers only please, as there's alot to go over.

The business has grown pretty rapidly and my time just doesn't permit it anymore..I work odd hours because I have a family and I stay at home to run this business, but it's gotten hard for me to define my hours between home and work...so it's just time for me to move on.

The clients are nationwide..quite a few are in Louisiana.
