I think it will help if you can provide a lead or example of your previous work at the site. Also.....I can't seem to find the layout or the design interesting enough (something which could catch your attention) especially the fact that you are providing design service yourself. I hope I'm not too hard on this.
On this kind of site/business, its going to be hard to get customers. There are ton and tonsss of competitors that has a lot better service than you offer and has good reputation. One way to improve (if you've just freshly started) is to let your friends, relatives, close people, etc as your first customers. Get some good rep from those people, then maybe you'll never know, they'll recommend some customers outside; networking basically. Other than that, awesome website. Good luck.
Just keep up the good but hard work......it is/will be hard to get to the top......and maybe even harder to stay there ;-)
The grammar on the descriptions of your services is pretty bad, proofread that stuff if you want customers. Personally, I turn away from a service if I see numerous typos.
love the colour scheme - works really well. Text size is a little on the small side (maybe that is just my eyesight!)
