I was accepted again

    Hi!

About 5 months ago the AdSense team emailed me stating that my business structure didn't fit the AdSense policies. Basically, my account was closed.

Since then I moved to another state. Two days ago, out of curiousity, I decided to reapply and was accepted again.

Has it happened to any of you? And have you had any problems down the road with the new account?

    Thank you.

You see, I am not sure for which site they closed the account. I had a BANS site and a free classifieds site. They didn't explain which one. The classifieds site ended up having a lot of spam posts and I think that was the reason. I am not using that site anylonger.

New address, new website -- you made it past their initial filters. It'll take Google awhile to catch up, but usually when they ban they ban for life. Don't be surprised if you find your account disabled when you near the $100 payout.

You see, I thought the same thing. I will still have to enter my SSN at the payout. So... I am not really all that excited, I have not even been using it yet.

I may try and use the ads, if at the payout they find my account questionable - well not a big deal.

Do you understand the reason for being banned?
I found it several times that Google took a Wrong (automatic) decision.
Don't risk being on their black list......

Yes they might wait just before payout...imagine if you do that to 10,000 users at $90.00 a person they say they refund their advertisers but bet it goes into a slush fund

I found that you can create a new account if you were unable to access your former one.

Doing so will discard your new application but will get the Adsense reviewing your account to determine and resolve on the reason that prevent you to sign in.

Nice to hear you are back in business.

According to other publisher, google will carefully review the account when they get near the minimum amount of payout/$100.

Wait, are you saying that since I am accepted again it may mean that they (whoever does the account reviews) knew about my previous account yet still allowed me to get onboard and it is all legit?

In that case, I am happy to be back.

Ok... I have just posted AdSense ads back on my site. Let's see what will happen at the time of payment.

This is because of the change in your postal address.

Since you moved to another state the postal address and the IP are changed so they thought that this is a different account.

For the security purpose don't place the adsense ads on the site which you got banned earlier. So use a different site or a new site.

    Congrats!! for the adsense account...

Happened to me. I waited about 3 years and reapplied. I am not using any of my old websites. I wrote them a note that apologized for violating their TOS. When I reapplied, I used all the same tax info. I then made just under $1200 and got the check for it.
