My moneybookers account is locked and they have asked me to send documents. I have sent them documents 12 days ago then again I have sent them 5 Days Later.

    Still no reply from them.

What to do in this case?

    Hi,
I have the same problem, but is worse. I made 3 accounts by mistake and let them know that I did as I did not know it was against their rules. They of course locked my account, closed the other two, then made it accessible again.

The problem is, I sent $1500 worth of money earlier to my friend to whom I owed that amount several years ago. When they found about the multiple accounts issue, they tracked my transaction history and locked her account as well with the money still in. As her account had been still locked, I filed a complaint again and what they did was to issue another ticket number and locked my account asking for uploading my ID, address verification and the relationship with my friend and purpose of sending money and all that, which really is none of their business. I did what they ordered me to do but they are still locking our account. I am afraid if they are planning to do this forever or they decide to close our account with the money in, as they suggested I broke the rule by opening more than one account so they have the right to close the account irrespective of how much money are still left in those accounts or not. I really do not want to give up $1500 worth of money. I chose MB just in order to make the transaction cost lower and now it ended up costing me more. I wonder if there is any legal organisation to resort to to solve this issue. I cannot believe moneybookers have such a right. If it is possible then they should have more authority than normal banks as normal banks would not confiscate your money in this way.

Well, youre talking so easy about it.
I can guarantee you when a company holds my money i seriously call my lawyer to force them to unlock it.
    No doubt about that....;)

Of course, if you try to swap black money they might win the case.
But if youre an honest person, all the extra costs charged by costs and lawyers will be for them as well if you win the case by court.
