Need help please.

What is this I keep getting when I use internet explorer, its working fine with firefox but I cannot visit any site with internet explorer.And I can't use msn messanger which I think its the same cause.

 

Delete your cookies and temp files, reboot, restart your connection... those are pretty much the procedures I would take to see if this fixes the problem.

From there, make sure that you have cookies turned on and such. It couldh ave something to do with that.

 

Thanks, I will try it.Is there anything to do with internet service provider ? Did they prevent me from using internet ? But still then why I can use firefox, is this some kind of spywares/virus ?

where are you now ? home or any networked environment like office or any institute ? some time organizations will give internet via proxy and probably google is banned by mistake

 

I'm home like everyday, its not just google, I cannot visit any site on the web, even local website.And if they prevent me from using internet then why I cannot use IE but firefox.

I need to use msn badly.

 

At last.........

After I have delete all the cookies, installing antivirus software, contacting isp customer service, uninstall IE and reinstall, uninstalling msn messanger and was installing yahoo messanger with little sadness on my face, I decided to check out something.And then I found out that my IE browser was using a proxy that I was playing with it the other day, as soon as i remove it, the browser works like a charm.

Some thing is blocking internet explorer from connecting to Google. Make sure your firewall isnt blocking it or if you have some kind of filter system in place, make sure that isnt blocking Google.

i think u must have to delete ur cookies and ur temp. files and than restart ur connection.
