Serious question. I've been shopping a deal to investors for 24 hours straight but it would require 6.5 to 7 million dollars. I don't want to type out a mile of details but the deal involves real estate and royalties on a natural resource. It is worth up to 500 million. In my short run of seeking investors I've talked to a handful that could write the check or at least knew someone who could. Not that I'm looking for someone from here but if you happen to know them and refer someone that picked it up you'd get a retirement friendly finders fee.
Good luck getting that money w/ the economy as it is today (assuming you're in the US). Even when things are going well, most angel investors wont give more than a few hundred thousand. That said, I wish you nothing but the best of luck!! (Oh, and unfortunately I only have $6.49M )
It's not a contradiction. I said I didn't post this to look for a 7 million dollar investment but if someone happens to know someone and forwards I'll give a finders fee. What I meant is, I posted this out of my own curiosity, I'm seeking investors by other means. Thanks for the well wishes. It's not really something that would require an "angel" investor. It's a real estate deal where the real estate is worth the asking price. The $xxx, xxx, xxx in royalties is the bonus. An investor could buy and sell only the property for almost the full amount they paid then collect huge checks for life. I'd post more specifics but I'm setting up a viral campaign and don't want this thread to be attached to it for now.

The fact that he can spell it right might make it easior to find an investor. Oh, and it's 'can't' and 'off'!! Tha fakt thet u kant spall mite...
