Images next to Web Link not showing

My apologies if this is not in the right section. I recently downloaded a directory template and added some links to the site. When the links are displayed there supposed to be a little thumbnail pic of the website, but the pics are not showing, just a red x and the name of the site. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Here is an example:

The server for the thumbnails at girafa.com is not responding. Check the domain portion of the image url to make sure it is correct.

If it is correct, and the server is up and down continually ... then I suggest using another service. Or cache the thumbnail results on your server (which is probably the best route to go).

You have an account at girafa.com, correct? That is where you are getting the code for your thumbnails.

The src attribute for your img is invalid.

    http://msnsearch.srv.girafa.com/srv/i?s=MSNSEARCH&r=http://www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=westbabylonlittleleague
    Code (markup):
The base domain msnsearch.srv.girafa.com for that src attribute does not exist. There is no image file, in other words.

    You need to correct that.

    Hi,

Figured it out. It gets pasted in the link.tpl file. I switched to thumbshots.org and corrected it right away. Thanks for all your help!

Sweet! Good job dude. I think thumbshots.org is probably a better route to go too.
