    Datadial are a full-service interactive agency based in Hammersmith in West London. Offering a comprehensive range of services including web design, development marketing, SEO, hosting and email marketing. We aim to be a one-stop contact for all a companies online needs.

    We are currently looking for someone to join our online marketing department with a view to learning skills such as search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, and social network marketing amongst others.

    While experience in these areas isn’t vital, interest and enthusiasm is. We also expect you to be presentable and mature, the role is extremely client-facing, so you’ll be expected to have frequent update calls to clients, dealing with queries and face to face meetings.

    This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in online marketing to not just learn, but also develop their own skills and work on projects in a challenging and friendly environment.

    Desired Skills/Experience


    Basic HTML/Dreamweaver
    An interest in and basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing processes
    Excellent written and oral English
    Superb organisational skills
    Familiar with social networks such as Digg and StumbleUpon
    Familiar with blogs and blogging
    Outgoing, well presented and comfortable dealing with clients at a senior management level
    Experience/knowledge of running Pay Per Click campaigns
    Experience/knowledge of affiliate marketing

    Job Spec
    Client management consisting of telephone and face to face meetings
    Monitoring and analysing search engine and traffic rankings using specialised software
    Preparation and delivery of client reports
    Prepare, monitor and implement link development strategies
    Instigate content creation and promotion
    Creation and management of pay-per-click campaigns

    The role is office based in Hammersmith London
    Salary depending on skills and experience
    In the region of £20-£22k Plus performance based bonus

    The salary was posted in british pounds you silly twit :eek: Multiply it by about 2.5 to get a US salary of about $55,000 - which is above average for SEO's in North America.

    Basic earnings are in line with what a trainee SEO with no experience can earn here in the UK- OTE is £26,000 or more than $55,000. Not bad for someone with no masters degree or 10 years experience :rolleyes:

    No, client management covers reporting, analysis and consulting. The company employs a sales team separate from the consultants.

    SEO doesnt make a company more reliable directly. It makes the site have better PR and traffic which in turn makes it more reliable. I would never buy hosting from a hosting site that has no PR, its too scam-like.

    20-22 basic in London. Extremely difficult to live on that. I should know because I live here.

    Still, considering you don't require any qualifications, this kind of slave wage is quite common. I've even seen worse! That's market forces for you.
