I read the first page of your tutorial and stopped after about the third line: You might want to update your tutorials to be modern. That may have been true back in say 2003, but it ain't anymore. If that's how you started your tutorials out, I would worry about the rest of the content.
Do you know of any sites that have a PR 0 - yet rank for highly competitive keywords? Btw youre not the AWeber autoresponder blogger are you? lol Also - On your site your links that point to a site about 'How to find relevant sites for backlinks - and you then dug up a rough list of a handful of sites with "Add Link" - well if you wouldve read the tutorial you would've learned that you could have just used a search string tool on the Tutorials to find tens of thousands of sites - instead of your little bitty handful I read your post and realized you might want to update your way of being cynical - because you're clearly missing out on learning new things. Actually yes I do. Hell I once had a site with 0 PR that I had ranking for "play online poker". Where the heck did that question come from? lol The problem with that method is that if you use such search queries on the big engines you still get a lot of crap. The folks that developed the backlink tool I use have it filter all the junk out of the search results. lol! If you spend as much time here as I do, and talk with as many "seo experts" as I have, you get bitter very quickly. There's a constant invasion of "seo experts" here, most of them just scam people. See my response above - you'll still get a lot of crap using those search queries. The thousands of results you'll find, only about 1 in 25 will actually be useful. The tool I use though, it filters all that crap out, so instead of 10,000 piece of crap results, you get 200 quality results. But feel free to spend you time surfing those 10,00 sites, it's your time afterall.
after the last Google PR change my pages are all PR0 but still rank, So you can say the PR tells nothing
Pagerank is not a factor that determines how good or bad you do on the search engines its backlinks which in turn increase pagerank. Therefore this is why most i repeat "most" search engine results show high pageranked website to be before lower ranked sites. It is links to your website whether they are internal or external which are a factor that determine how good you can rank in the search engines.
You must modify the content of your website about the page rank. The page rank is best for link exchange and paid links but we cannot predict the traffic of a website by its pr.
Well everybody in link development section of DP is happy with the tutorials. I think what has happened here is you guys assume Im trying to get links to my site - but, the site isnt an SEO site. I was putting up those tools for free. As far as you claiming you rank for PR 0 for highly competitive keywords. prove it - tell me some of your 'high ranking' sites that have PR 0 - perhaps youre ranking for very uncommon long keyword phrases. How long did 'play poker online' last? Or was it the common first year high ranking that then fell off - The more your backlinks increase the more visible your site becomes (in most cases) in search engines. I have a site that is PR0 and ranks #1 in search engines but its not a massively competitive keyword. I think you're too busy trying to pretend to be an 'authority' to forums - I've looked at your site and its amateur. You 'filter' results. Big deal? You read 3 lines you claim - you found something you could try to tiwst to spin some negativity and you came back to DP to try to spin that. Thats fine - its not an SEO site, so I dont lose anything from your negativity. If you wouldv'e had the watchful eye you claim to have after talking to so many 'scammers' - you wouldve seen that the site isn't an SEO site, isnt charging or selling anything of SEO - it genuinely is a Free tutorial - nothing more. But your watchful eye missed that - it was too busy carting that spin back to DP. lol Contradictive to claim to have such a good eye for things - only to miss the larger details that it couldnt be a spam site or scam site etc. Youre spending a lot of time digging out '3 lines' of content from other sites to find semantic ways to spin. Ah 'well - you will now spend an infinite amount of time quoting line from line from this post as well to find ways to spin and blabber about your 'filter' site. You have spread enough negativity to spook people away from the Free tutorials - in this thread anyway. Good job, since that was your initial agenda. If you see what people in DP that have read the tutorials are saying - you'd see they are happy about it.
