I've heard that video marketing is quite a good way to generat CPA leads, but was wandering, what's the best way to direct viewers to your affiliate link? I know you shouldn't directly link to it in your video description, but what sort of re-direct works well for putting in the description and watermarking? Also, how can we minimize the risk of getting banned from the affiliate networks? All help greatly appreciated.
I think clickbooth allows the use of youtube videos for affiliate marketing, at least they spoke about it in their blog.
How about this? You put a link in the description to your website. On your website, there is nothing but a single ad in the middle. <Blink> Congratulations, you are the 10000000th visitor. Click here to collect your prize! </Blink>
Thanks for your contributions, I'll look on the blackhat forums to see what people say from their experience.
We have a white hat retail based affiliate program that has coded videos. There are a couple of networks that offer videos AvantLink and Shareasale
we are just setting one up with linkshare flexlink video system.. Plus they have a few widget options.
