I still don't get it. If I borrow $250,000, the lender will keep $10,000 and give me $240,000? I have to pay the money back within 60-90 days? And what is this 20% performance? Please elaborate

Some bloke off the internet wants $10,000 upfront off you - and you want to look at his website?
Jeezus - and I wondered why all those "I have $6 million dollars in a bank account in the Outer Himalayas all I need is $2000 processing fee" emailers kept bothering!

This isn't a scam. I am not the one representing the loans, and the funding is contractually guaranteed.

The company providing this service is based out of Minnesota.

This opportunity was brought up to me by a lady who does mortgages that I used to use back in 2005.

    Here is what happens..

They have a group of investors with collectively 5-20 million dollars. What they do is act as a credit partner to create a new corporation with the investor listed as the CFO. They then attain lines of credit based on the amount that you need (250k, 500k, or 1mil)

Once the corporation is funded, they transfer the liability and the corporation into your name.

THIS IS NOT A GIFT OF FREE MONEY! THIS IS A BUSINESS LINE OF CREDIT!

You DO have to pay this back. within the first 60-90 days you owe the credit investor a 20% performance fee taken from the line of credit. So if you borrowed 250k, you have to pay 50k of that to the investor.

You also have to pay 5-8% interest on the borrowed money.

Like I said this is NOT a gift of money, this is a loan. And it boils down to a loan you put 24% down on.

It's not outrageous, for people looking for this kind of funding who do not have the credit, it is an avenue you can take.

Seriously interested parties can talk to me on the phone. Of course this is for US residents only.

    PM me for more information.

Can I borrow $15k to pay the 24% down?

I only need 15k, I could turn that in to $250k in two months (of course there are no guarantees).

Real investors don't ask for massive fees.

Whichever one of you nigerian bums thought that sounded legit really didn't think that through - why the hell would somebody pay you money only to have you pay them in return? I have to wonder if the average nigerian IQ is around 30 when you see scams like this.

EVERYBODY - THIS IS A SCAM. Consider yourself warned.

This isn't from Nigeria, and this isn't a scam. If you'd like to talk to the real people involved you can.

I am not a prince with an Oil inheritance, I do not live overseas and am not trying to give you money.

Take your GIANT FONT LETTERING and go preach your scam warnings somewhere else.

This is Business financing, not Free money gifting.

Christian Little: The investors don't GIVE you their own money. They use their credit to attain lines of financing for you, which is why they ask for a fee.
