Isn't this E-Book tip against TOS?

    I bought an E-Book a few weeks back. I was feeling desperate. 100 bucks
    down the hole. Anyhow, here was a tip to increase CTR. But isn't it misleading?

    The first part of the image is obviously the ad, while the rest of the links
    are the sites navigation. Against TOS?

    Sure it is, Adsense blocks should be separated from the other content.

    should be something to seperate this from the content, this is misleading

    Plus Adsense links should be different somehow from the link-style of the site itself or at least bordered so they can be easily differentiated...

    Don't use it, instead reconsider your ads style and placement for better revenue and work for more traffic....traffic is the key for better results.
