I looked at SEOChat but it's very confusing:( Is there a site that gives me step by step instructions on how to learn SEO and driving traffic to websites? I am more of a visual person so a site with lot's of videos would be great.:D Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks:)

For SEO information - top seo forums has no comparison.

Actually I'm not a fan of SEO videos, but you may find some useful video in YouTube - especially I like Matt Cutt's vidoes.

There are tons of seo information in the web, try to search forums like DP and SP, there are free seo basics there. But in my case, i learned a lot from seobooks. I read SEOBook by Aaron Wall. It is really awesome! :D

You can buy a 'dummy' series book, or another book if you prefer info in one place. But search engines have all the info you need, just have to do a little shuffling around
