i want to tell u something about it
this is best hosting company which allowed warez and torrent indexing with nulled scripts and its price is also low
the admins of the servers r very helpful if u get in any type of problem
so i recommend this and its upto u which host u choose

Wait guys, before you buy anything from here or neoshares read my story. This is a scam setup and all the replies here are from the staffs of neoshares who are involved in this scam setup....

lets summarize everything here:

I bought a web hosting from neoshares on deluxhoster few months back. It was a reseller. This package was advertised as 99% uptime on highly secured platforms from a very reliable data center and also money back guarantee. Two days after that, deluxhoster was down. I filed a ticket on the client center (which was nulled WHMCS, of course), waited for 3 days for my reply. Nothing came up. On the forth day, I again filed the ticket, managed to get hold of Forsaken (a former admin). he told me that deluxhoster was facing severe Ethernet and firewall issues and it should be resolved in a few days. There goes the reliability, and 99% uptime promise out of the Window!!! I was angry but his politeness subsided me down, I did not retaliate. Two days later, deluxhoster was still down, i filed a ticket again and i caught up with deviant (chief admin) who told me that deluxhoster was still under maintenance. i immediately suspected otherwise. Imagine when you advertise your package as 99% uptime with a highly reliable data center, and it takes them 1 week to fix a simple ethernet/firewall issue, wouldn't you suspect something?

I immediately started looking around, on digital point, neoshares history, etc and found out that deluxhoster was a master reseller package(and not a dedicated server) from a guy named Ashley for $7.00 per month. He called his fictitious (scam company) as Sirilious and neoshares had been scammed by Ashley, who took off with the money and sold all databases of neoshares customers. I talked to Ashley by IM and he told me the whole story (how he had fooled deviant and others). I immediately filed a ticket again on neoshares and this time, the admins had changed their stance. Now, they claimed deluxhoster was hacked by a group of hackers from India. Well, security and reliability goes out of the window too...

I asked for my refund, and the admins now refused this. Forsaken told me that he would have returned my money from his own pocket if he was not facing finance difficulty. He told me to ask deviant, who refused to refund my money. I immediately signed up on neoshares and posted this story. Some members agreed with me but the admins deleted my topic and banned me for telling the truth.

My summary of findings here:
-Neoshares never had their own server, they just bought off the cheapest resellers, master resellers and alpha resellers from digital point, advertised them as their own server packages and sold them at elevated prices.
-Warning/Killer did not own the servers, if they did, how come they could not diagnose the problem initially (it was ethernet/firewall problem, then the reason changed to hacking)
-deluxhoster was not hacked or faced Ethernet issues, the owner of the packages actually scammed deviant and sold off the databases of neoshares clients...

Now comes the interesting part. I did a lot of research, hacked into neoshares WHMCS and talked to several people, including former members and came up with the following facts...

Deviant or Warning or Killer are the same people.

Now if Deviant and Killer/Warning are brothers, how come Killer/Warning is not the Root Admin and just a simple admin with lesser privileges. Doesn't deviant trust his own brother?

Rico760, a former member, also found out the truth about Deviant and Killer/Warning being the same people, and his domain was taken away and he was banned for just inquiring about this.

Facts:
-Deviant and Killer/Warning are the same people. Look at their posts, they have the same style of writing and English syntax.
-Killer/Warning does not own any servers.
-Neoshares is broke, they have thousands of dollars of unpaid invoices and no way they can afford to pay for a server (let alone 4-5 servers), I found out this from their WHMCS, I hacked into it. I later deleted the database, that why the client center moved with a false reason of the database being corrupt.
-if neoshares is broke (they always ask for donation, threaten to close down, etc), then how can they afford fees for servers. Once they were threatening to close down and the next day, they introduced oxi-host. The truth is that neoshares is broke. But they can afford to pay for the cheap resellers they buy and offer to their clients (ranging from $2.00 to $10.00 per month).
-If killer owned the servers, there is not need to ask the data center for reasons of suspensions. If you own a dedicated server, you have control over all its aspects...from suspension of account to capping resource usage, etc. you don't need to ask the data center asking reasons for suspension of accounts. When a account is suspended, you do not need to contact the DC to unsuspend an account, as you can do it yourself. In fact, you can cap resource usage for all accounts, there will be no accounts that abuse the resources so no suspension.

Please guys, head my advise and take caution when dealing with neoshares, or its subsidiary setups, namely, neocpanel, deluxhoster, neoprohost, globalhoster and oxihost...

 

I think you are jealous of our service, we are not scammers and don't be angry if you have been suspend.
The reason that you has been suspend is that you was hosting warez on our server and we had no choice to suspend you!

It is true, we had reseller long ago, but now our business has grow up and evolved and fortunately we have been able to get our own server now. Trust me or not! I don't want to fight with you on digitalpoint, but you must accept that you have been suspend and that we will not refund someone who has been host more than 1 month.

That time your site got suspended, it redirected to a shoutserv.com suspended page. That, was during the period when you claimed you had your own servers. Any explanation for this?

 

well i have to say the guys at Neocpanel.com are great guys ive not had one problem with my hosting account with them and to be honest i have recommended Neocpanel.com to all my friends. they are great value for money and just because eminem has been banned from their site he's trying so make it hard work for the guys at Neocpanel.com

Now the truth actually is:
When I bought my web hosting from deluxhoster, I was too busy to do anything, so I left it empty (absolutely empty, nothing there)... After two days, deluxhoster was down. Now, if I was hosting warez as you claim (and I was not in reality), how come the whole deluxhoster was down. All previous deluxhoster clients, please reply here of your downtimes so that other people might know. I was never suspended, the whole deluxhoster went down (due to a scam) and i was never refunded when i asked for it (customer rights!!!)... Read and judge the PM, why is he telling me that he will refund my money when he claims in public that I was not following their TOS, which is false.

Because my friend, neoshares does not own a server. All their claims are false. All they have is resellers purchased direcltly from here on digital point.

If you own a server, you will not have a suspended page redirecting to any other sites, its a fact.

As I stated earlier, this is a scam setup, with the neoshares.net staffs actually registering here and posting good comments just to falsify the credibility of the services.

Dear friends, pliz just take a few seconds to register onto neoshares.net. You will see that grantman is a co-admin and hosting coordinator there. adi10289 is a moderator on this forum. Search for one of their threads ( I forgot which one)...it encourages and offers incentive for members and staffs to post good comments on this thread on digital point.

The reason for me to write these comments is that i do not want other people to be victims of the scam I and plenty others have been. Please be very careful when dealing with neoshares, neocpanel, deluxhoster, neoprohost, oxihost and revenshare.

 

Once again i told you that we all clients has been transferred on our own server, long ago we had reseller account but no more because our business has evolved and now we got lot of clients

I know who you are, i have been able to trace your ip even if you are using proxy but i will not show your personal info on dp because i understand why you have been suspended for hosting warez on our server.

You have 2 options
1: we can refund you 1/2 the amount you have paid for the webhosting

2: We can give you another webhosting ( for no charge fee )

My mate has been hosted by them for more than 1 year and he never got problem!
So i have decided to buy an alpha reseller from them this year and i am proud of them! everything is working fine till now xD
