    yeah sometime i feel we are loosing our culture...but we can not restrict any body...so start to save your culture by yourself then it will surely followed by your next generation..

    I mean, I know a lot of cultures do weird and wonderful things but that just doesn't seem "normal" not in any culture.

    It is the tradition of Indian villages. Even some of the ladies won't tell their father-in-law name. It is really a Herculean task for the statistician to collect their hubby's name.

    Indian culture is the best in the world.
    But, I think it would be better to leave such silly things like wife cant speak her husband name, etc... Husband is not a god for her but he is a life partner.
