Heres mine BTW- Its a page about weight-loss and the scarsdale diet but i might make more for other diets because I just joined the site like a week ago but it seems like a phenomenal site.

 

You really, really need to get someone else to proof-read your stuff before you publish it - in just a quick look I can see you've got an apostrophe in the wrong place, you've confused 'there' and 'their', 'a' and 'an', you've not capitalised 'I' in a few places - there are just loads of grammatical errors all over the place.

 

At least the list is good enough for newbies to get started with.

 

Can Squidoo just ban or take away your lens like blogger is famous for doing?

I'd hate to do all that link building for them to just pull the plug.

Anyone know?

 

I am hearing so much about squidoo lately. What is all the fuss about? Is it just a means to get more backlinks?

 

Its all about keywords. If you have good keywords they will come.

If you want to promote a site Hubpages is the way to go. I use both to promote and when I search for my sites I will never see squidoo but hubpages always pops up.

Squidoo is good for affiliate marketing though.

 

everything is good.But what is this video submission ?
posting some related videos to video sharing sites with watermarking ?

 

Yes watermakr you video before you post it then in the video description section put a link back to your site!

It's only a matter of time before the engines ban this type of useless content. Surprised that Squidoo doesn't use nofollow tags.

 

instead of getting traffic to your squidoo lens, why not use those methods to get the traffic directly to your own website???

 

Google obviously doesn't like Squidoo as much as before, but it seems Yahoo still does. I see lenses on the first page all the time. You can actually make some money their by writing good keyword targeted content and getting a few links.

 

You get traffic to your squidoo Lens because mainly people with squidoo Lens's are there to share there knowledge or experties not promote there site. You can also use these methods to promote your website its just there primarily focused on squidoo Lens's

There is no deffirence promotiing your squidoo lensa than promoting your regular site...

 

why would you generate traffic to squidoo, instead of sending the traffic straight to your site...?

 

Not only for squidoo lens but these are essential steps to gain popularity online.

 

squidoo is kind of a new fad in the marketing process right now but it is nofollow so it does not provide backlinks but like article marketing can provide traffic through search engines as Squidoo does rank high sometimes but in my opinion google is about to put a slap on them due to all the spam.
