I want to add my 2 cents to this thread, I have been working with gregory for few months now and find his work to be very professional, everything was done properly, payment was sent to him and deliverables were made. I cant say enough good about his professionalism and i would use him in a heartbeat and I would gladly recommend his work to everyone else. You don't need to post any proof that you indeed paid me $300, as I can confirm I have received this amount as a deposit for the work I have done for you. The fact is that I am not a scammer, and you will probably find it quite difficult to provide any sort of proof. The fact is you ordered 4 Flash applications, for a price of $100 each, which was agreed with you from the beginning. Of course, you can't remember that, children tend to forget what they want easily! You then added an extra Flash application and ask me if I would integrate them in your site for you, as well as changing some basic design (buttons etc..), which I said I would do when the Flash applications were done, for an extra $200, which you agreed. So far, that is $500 for the flashs, and $200 for the maintenance, for a total of $700, which once again, you agreed with. As all flash applications were done, and you were satisfied with them, we moved on to the maintenance part, and that is when you provided me with a non-standard script which you bought from the following site: http://www.jamroom.net At this point, I would like to stress that all examples of similar sites to his that Mr media provided me with were standard scripts, not using Smarty templates, and that funny enough, his site was not available for me to see most of the development time. After consulting fellow designers, it turns out very strange that you never mentioned the nature of your script, being in the profession, and that your site was only briefly available online during development. Anyway, since I am not a newbie as you say, I did try to incorporate the applications but all html/java integartion methods for flash movies failed. And when I asked you more info about your script, you didn't even bother to mention where it was from, and I actually found the source myself. When I asked you more about Smarty templates, you said: "Just try and change the script and see what it does" !!!!, and you are calling me a newbie!!!! Anyhow, I did tell you to deduct the cost originally agreed for the maintenance part, and to only pay for the flash apps, which you call a scam. You want to destroy my reputation here, but people can see for themselves... The fact is you deliberately hid the nature of your script, and I'm only asking you to pay for what you've ordered. But Mr media has now decided that because I'm not implementing the applications myself in his stupid script, he should pay less for them. Once again, the applications are here ready for you whenever you're ready to pay the full agreed price. Finally, I never ask money up front, so people only pay me when they are happy, I asked you to pay a deposit as you were satisfied with the Flash apps. Just judging from the use of correct spelling and grammar as well as a good argument, I really doubt that higreg7 is a scammer.
hello, sorry for late reply as i wasn't on dp... first let me tell you something, this scammer confirm he has receive the 300usd, and he was enable to complete the requested work as we agree beford. second thing he lies about website nature, as beford we start work i sent him the website url and he review it and pmed me back to tell me that he can do this work.so if he was professional as he say he should know what he promise... but when he finished first step of the requested work, he was enable to integrate his stupides applications as he promised, and told me that he was newbie on .tpl files (wich are very simple html and php files)...so he 's real newbie..., also what can i do with applications wich he can't integrate??? also when i asked him to give me the applications and i ll ask any coder in dp to integrate them, he won't..., so he won't complete the work, and won't refund my money... we have agree the price of 700usd for the whole work, but he was enable to integrate simple flash applications, and told me that can't design the website and profil theme too as he promised.... also he lies about price, yes the whole price was 700usd,but he never told me that 500usd was for his stupides applications and 200usd to design the whole website wich big website,and the theme template...but now as he know he was enable to complete the work, he say that, man why you don't ask for 699usd for your fuck applications and tell us that 1 usd only was for complete website design and theme design? it ll be funny to hear that.. thanks to all members here for your support...as we need to banne such scamm and scammers from dp.
Well that made a lot of sense! Anyways, the fact is you're accusing me of something you don't have any proof of. Keep going if you want, I have had 13 iTraders here (Other than your friendly one), from 11 dpers, including 1 yesterday. And there will be many more that will prove you wrong.
