Indian Banks are not giving me Credit Card. HELP ME PLZZZZZZZ!!

    Friends,i have got 2 SBI accounts, one ICICI and one HDFC account...
    I maintain 10k in both the SBI accounts and 40-50k in both the ICICI and HDFC accounts..

    Since,i dont have a PAN card,i cant apply for ICICI Credit card Online...

    And HDFC is playing around with me since 3 months..

    What the way to get a card from any of them???

    What shall i do now??
    I do so many transactions and then also im in No man's Land..
    Shit,plz help...:mad:

    there is no way to get a cc without credit how
    you earn soo much and you not paying tax ? thats bo bad

    and if you are paying then why you don have pan Nos

    Well,i earn good,but im really not paying taxes..
    My dad says,i should pay Income tax,or else,i may be in problem..
    SO i have decided to go for LIC and ICICI prudential schemes..

    But before that,i need to verify my Paypal..
    Im bored of using my nephew's Paypal and CC

    HDFC is generally encouraging customers to take their credit cards and is willing to offer life time free cards, Perhaps you are interacting with the wrong persons, Simply visit the bank and contact the manager, He should be able to help you out....

    With regards to the SBI bank, I guess you are not aware that SBI Bank does not run SBI Credit Cards, The same is being run by GE Capital,So for applying for an SBI card simply call up 39020202 or visit www.sbicard.com, They would send in their executive to collect the required documents, They don't even ask for your Pan card, Any utility bill will do the documentation work.

    You can also apply for a citibank credit card online at www.citibank.co.in, Even they don't require any documents.

    Yeah,the agents who opened my HDFC account are saying me that,i havent yet got the offer for CREDIT CARD,and until and unless the offer comes to a account,they cant apply for a CREDIT CARD.

    And i have just applied for a Credit Card via SBICard.com
    Waiting for their call...

    And i guess,Citibank asks for PAN card...

    Just maintaining 40-50k won't help,make sure some transaction is going through your accounts.

    I use my accounts frequently,but no help from banks..
    This is why,i hate Indian banks..
    Im really pissed now..
    Last hope is SBiCard now..

    I don't think so that we need some big transactions . But if you are a student than go to sbi and apply for student Credit Card . They will ask for few legal papers where you are studding and than you can have cc but limit is very low remember that .

    HDFC should give you a CC if you have a average monthly balance of 25k in your account.

    Secondly, i heard ICICI bank has halted their CC scheme for most of their customers. I heard they already have lots of customers of CC and are being unable to handle them.

    Nah,its not true..
    I have maintained around 30-39k every month in this 3 months and have done transactions of more than 20k a month in it,but yet no results...
    HDFC really SUCKS a big time now...:mad:

    Get in touch with an employee of your HDFC branch. If he can recommend you as a prospective client for CC then they surely will give. You just need to find the right person who knows you. Indian banks don't check your credit rating but need a reference person.

    Why you not paying Income tax boss. Please pay tax and try to make your pan card ASAP, And I hope you will get soon your CC of ICICI or SBI bank. As I know about that CC is impossible without Pan Card as I know :)
