I think he is asking about SEO not SEM or SM... any way first you can write eye catching title description and put it in tag with edit HTML editor at blogspot.com which will only show in title bar and you can make header more eye catching.

second make label title with your keyword. linking your old post in post body content with anchor text. use keyword in post title.

 

They reckon writing posts with top ten lists, pros and cons, best/cheapest etc. related to your keywords are great ways to drive traffic and build incoming links.
