Improve ranking in Google Local Business Search

Hi,

Some time, when we search any search term in the Google then we see that a Google map apear on the top of the search listing with the complete details of a site, can any one know how these site get this place.

Please see the attached image for that listing.

 

I think you need to submit your site to Google Local.. Not sure though.

I dont think many people are willing to reveal this info for google maps....

 

About Google Maps ranking i wanna tell you they are completely automated and based on relevancy to the search terms which you have for your listing. And other factor according to Google Map is geographic distance. Suppose you are targeting a place in your listing and your competitor also has same place in his listing. If your competitor has office, store or showroom closer that place and you are little far then your competitor wud get high rank. So there is nothing in your hands. So it wud gud for u just do more better work for ur search term...........

 

But every thing has a way to get top place..so please do some research for me.
