LOL what kind of answers are you giving. YA can give a couple dozen page hits if you are actually helpful & the question is relevant to your site
I have started using yeahoo answers few days back it i dont really think there is anyway you can gain stable traffic from it.
Plus what happens if Yahoo Answers shuts down or changes their ways. THen your screwed. You should never rely on another site to send you most traffic.
Yahoo answers can help get more traffic in many ways, and it will certainly generate nice pr0 backlinks for you and get you search engine traffic for sure, but I dont do it, and others shouldnt do it either, there are many other ways to get traffic rather than asking "where can I watch anime for free?" and then say "you can watch it on __insert your anime sites url here__" to get traffic....
I find the ROI pretty good. I play off my spamming by giving a reasonably good answer, a paragraph or so, and normally get quite a few hits. I only ever answer questions where I can legitimatly spam a link as it correlates 100% w/o looking spammy at all.
Hm, maybe I spoke too soon, I am getting that today also? I only answer like maybe 5 a week, all 100% relevant to my site, and all good comprehensive answers I give. I hope this is just a fluke
LOL That's what I mean precisely. Actually, I'm able to use it once again, but will tread carefully from here on out. You are likely getting competitors reporting your well-written work. Spend some time to do the same and eliminate YOUR competition. As for the traffic, if it is related to your niche it is closer to being targeted than many other traffic methods. As others can attest, if it is a popular current fad or niche, the traffic is "insane".
Thanks yes, I do believe some snotty person with their crappy answers reported my accurate and informative answers that were masking my spam Brilliant idea, on reporting others. I may have to go to that level if I get the sensation that someone is reporting me. Thanks
Yahoo answers is a good way to get traffic, but the traffic coming from there is low quality. Alot of people are just curious and than leave the website
I make 150-400$/day from YA. So I guess if you know what you are doing it's awesome traffic. But I don't agree to everybody saying: don't spam ya. I'm spamming BIG time, and make good $
I don't think that's a very profitable idea. No one who is asking questions on yahoo is going to click on your affiliate link and buy the product that you are promoting.
