Jimmy Carter all over again. All we know about Obama is that he is for 'change'

That seems fair, but it seems to me that he is in a somewhat unique position to bring people together, being half black. His rhetoric is very much oriented towards bringing people together, and since he strikes me as a very thoughtful, intelligent person with good judgement(he beat the Clinton's for christ's sake) then I think he will be able to deliver on it.

Wow. How did you take that away from his DNC speech?

This might be fair also, but Biden will make up for any of Barack's naivety.

This is probably the same argument people made about Clinton and he went on to balance the budget. I'm more worried about a liberal congress than a liberal president.

In the CNN clip where they talk about worth they mention her as in John McCain's wife and mention that her worth is $140 million which means the houses we bought by her.

In the case of Eileen Gills she mentions that her interest rate jumped to 15.75% which means she took an variable interest loan, likely bought more of a house that she could afford and is now losing the house. Not McCains fault that people make bad decision.

Obama and his wife, Michelle, reported making $4.2 million in 2007, while the Clintons reported $20.4 million in income.

McCain income for 2007 was $405,000 from a Senate salary, a Navy pension, monthly Social Security income, and book royalties.

McCain routinely is ranked among the richest in Congress, but he and his wife have kept their finances separate throughout their 27-year marriage.

A prenuptial agreement left much of the family's assets in the name of Cindy McCain, heiress to a Phoenix-based beer distributing company.

Biden seems to be one of the least wealthy in Congress. He doesn't seem to have a lot of other income besides his Government salary.

Joe Biden is a career politician that was first elected U.S. senator from Delaware in 1972. Other than a working in a Wilmington law firm for a couple of months, he has never had a job other than public office.

You say that as though a life in public service is a bad thing. There are a lot of others who spend that much or more time in congress.

McCain has been in there for 26 years.

Good job cherry picking the only poll that has McCain ahead. Obama's up (or at least tied) in the other polls.

I don't think Americans are going to vote for a guy that can't even remember how many homes he owns or what kind of car he drives. McCain is an out of touch elitist.

McCain had a 22 year military career before entering politics.

Obama is a celebrity community organizer of the local people's brigade.

If you do not approve of the poll it's called cherry picking. I should not be surprised with the reply. Some folks have the wool pulled over their eyes. Hope, Change, Hope,Change. A first term that has done nothing. Sitting in on someone else's bill does not count as being in the game. No experience. He should have done something for his state. Look around

    Great statement

Are you serious? You are trying to question the experiences of a War veteran. Do you think Obama could handle what McCain went through. He would handle the situation like posters in the forums. Give me a break you can not prop up Obame for one small reason. HE HAS DONE NOTHING.

Hope, Change,Hope, More nothing statements, Blah,Blah Blah

If your trying to slam McCain for being in the senate for so long Biden is one of the longest standing senators with the exception of the Kennedy fruit cake.

Biden is a career politician that was elected to the Senate at age 30.

After he graduated law school, he held a job at a law firm for a couple of months. Talk about someone out of touch. No wonder Obama choose Biden as his running mate.

With earnings of $4.2 million in 2007, Michelle and Barack Obama seem to be out of touch with the average Americans as well.
