    No. They are pretty good to work with. I received a couple of checks from them and no problems cashing them.

    I also have a problem with adding adbrite code to my sites. it never show properly or get me any click.so i still stick with adsense for now.

    Have you thought about invalid clicks? If your friend clicked "a few times", then most likely their click fraud system caught and devalued his clicks.

    In most of my cases adbrite can not even come close to adsense, but I still have always been paid. Also it happened once that I misspelled my name on the check and my bank wouldn't cash it, I contacted adbrite, they sent another check without any fees and I got my payment again.

    They don't pay well, but they pay always. At least in my case.

    Do you really think that adbrite would be that big of a site if they scammed? No one would use them. The front page would be 5,000 impressions on 80,000 sites.

    I have made a ton from them. I just hate it because they hold your money for 3 months before they pay you. Now that is the stupid part of them.

    They paid me earlier this year, I have it set to pay me every $200 so I don't waste as much messing around with foreign checks, I'm in the UK.

    I wish they could pay straight into the bank like Google does, or even just Paypal - checks are so antediluvian.

    i have also used adbrite but never saw ads runing on my site i think there is a problem in there service look likes a scam to me and most of the advertiser were seem to pay me 0.40 cent per click.
