1. How much trusted?
2. SSL Secured?
3. Any feedbacks?
4. How old your company is?
5. Any involvement of legal laws associated to any particular country.
6. Enforcement of any registered company with local sate laws?

Do you have the required Money Exchange Licenses and permissions from Paypal to engaged in money exchanges ?

 

I think PayPal don't Promote/Allow Money Exchnage to its user, So there is no reason to Obtain a license from PayPal, They won't allow this.

 

- We're not using SSL only on the payment pages.

- Our project is a fresh started project, we're doing personal exchanges for quite a while but decided to start-up a project for the wider public.

- We use various IM's (skype/icq/aim/msn) aswell we do provide a number you can call for support (contact page on our website).

- We can guarantee you, that you won't lose any money. Thru our system you can either find an exchange partner, or post an exchange. As soon we (or you) found a matching partner, both parties are asked to send the funds to our escrow account for that specific currency. As soon we received funds from both party's we send both sides the currency they wished to obtain. After this your 'user rating' will be improved, which is shown when you search for an open exchange. With this rating system it's easier to determine which user will come thru quick with his exchange, aswell if an user doesn't come thru his rating will be lowered which might result in a ban.

As mentioned before, it's a new system, but with the help of the users it can become a system in where you have a less expensive, more open and fluid exchange of all major e-currencies.

Hello, yes it's possible to exchange your E-gold, altho we've to admit it might be hard to find an exchange partner for you. Most people are scared now for E-gold.

 

The main question is do you have the necessary licenses from your state or country and explicit consent from the various e-currencies to operate your business ? As you know the financial services industry is highly regulated and controlled because it can be easily be abused to support terrorist funding and money laundering.

Yes we're allowed by to perform Financial Services as we do at this point. This is why we require the user to submit his contact information during the signup, since the 'know your client' policy. We're aware indeed that this market can easily be abused, but by following the guidelines, we try to avoid becoming a part in suchs.

The system is instant as soon both the exchange parties did send there funds to our escrow account. This in order to make sure both parties receive there needs.

 

i want to exchange paypal but i donot have 100000$ to make exchanges to get 10 feedback

 

You don't have to exchange 100000$, a rating of 10.00 can be reached by making 10 exchanges over the 100$.

We implented this feature basicly to avoid people abusing the system to send funds in from paypal accounts which are not from themself.

We've some users who made it already to a rating of 10.00 in the time we're online so it's not that 'ridiculous'...
