    Hmm... do the following:

If you are behind a router (modem connected to router, and router to pc) then login to the router admin panel (usually http://192.168.1.1/ and release the IP Address. Then turn your modem and router off for about 8 hours.

In some cases just by turning off the modem and router, will change but it usually doesn't work that way for DHCP (cable connections).

Try the first method before you go to bed. So, overnight the IP flushes away :p

You can use HidemyIP Platinium, If you are thinking to change the IP provided by your ISP, if it's static you will have to request them for new IP, if they provided dynamic IPs Ipconfig /release and Ipconfig /renew :)

Just unplug your modem for about 24 hours then turn it back on.

By restarting your router will change your IP address. Another option is to create a batch file that will change the IP with out restarting your router manualy.

Go to proxy.org to use any proxy if you want to change a lot. If just once, do the modem thing like others are suggesting.
