Is Cirtex Hosting good?

Hi, I want to buy a host from Cirtexhosting but i want to ask if you think the host company is good or not?

I have used them before to host my youtube clone site
Its server load is extreme high > 3 all the time
Really piss off

Exabytes and Citrex is a bad company

 

Why your Google link goes to google.tl.my? Any specific reason?

 

A load of 3 is high? Load of 3 is normal with 4 cpu's and I think some of cirtex servers have 8 cpu's which a load of 3 is nothing.

Well, same here but I've heard mix review. Would appreciate somebody had an actual live experience with the hoster~

So how are their server speed etc? Support?
I have submitted a support ticket a few hours ago but never received any support. I was with TMZ b4 and got live support all the time

 

I've heard stories about bad-uptime and slow support.
