Check out the latest China's currency note, that is without the late Chairman Mao's picture. Featuring the Bird's Nest Stadium! I believe for the next many months to come, there will be a lot of evolution of such currency notes.
Great, I have seen Mao's Picture in almost all chinese currency and I think this is a special release on the ocassion of Olmypics.
That looks like a Olympic special currency and btw, how much a 10 Yuan currency note will be equivalent in dollar terms?
I am sure I do not miss Mao's photo on China's currencies. The new currency with the Olympics seems more modern and up to date. Though I find it funny when I saw it, someone post a joke before in DP regarding this red logo, or rather a comic pic. Just can't find it at this time.
I think they should have done this earlier before Olympic so visitors take few of them to their relatives as a gift lol .
Looks nice to me. Portrays the kind of modern image. You should have taken the snapshot of the other side as well. Maybe I should exchange for some of those new notes and keep it.
The Chinese Yuan becomes strong and stronger day after day... By the way, love the Bird Nest design in the new China 10 Yuan
It is almost quite true, especially from the way non-locals buy souvenirs off the stalls during the final few days of the Olympics. It's a frantic rush of purchase.
This is a perfect symbol of the olympics. But currency without MAO is not that much appealing... (It's my opinion)
