2 New Proxy Sites.. Need Review I bought a new VPS... and hosted 2 proxies on it : http://www.orkut-unblocker.info and http://www.youtube-unblock.info Both are Glype Proxy .. Please review these proxies.. they are proxies that work with Youtube , Orkut , Facebook , Myspace and other Social networking sites like Digg , stumbleupon etc Any suggestion about improvement will be appreciated, this includes, design, ads placement, content, SEO etc Regards, nasty nappy

I never said Youtube-Unblock doesn't work. I mean't it doesn't gel with the name - "YOUTUBE UNBLOCK" If your domain says YOUTUBE UNBLOCK it should be able to unblock YouTube, Right? Your Welcome!

Not much to work with nastynappy....Overall they look like a gagillion others...I do like the adsense placement between the search bar and options on youtube-unblocker. That type of placement has worked really well for me on proxys. The yahoo groups is a good idea too! Orkut is a little better design but you are throwing an error :/ and the adds tossed in a pile in the middle of the page is unappealing. Right bar looks good! Id say your ok if its 2 sites in your 1000 site proxy network. However if these are your only 2 and you want them to be really successful Id suggest picking up a couple "nice" templates for the sites (Ive seen some in the templates area cheap) and consider a little bit better add placement/type. ie: Your users are usually bored students/employees looking to check email/ browse youtube/facebook/music/videos/mobile phone stuff etc. If you dont have a uber cool design or features for them to ohh and ahh over then you have as long as it takes for them to type the destination address to get there attention Images adds have worked well for me. Might try it if you have a hard time getting enough "oops" clicks, hehe. My 2 cents, good luck
www.orkut-unblocker.info I really think that you hav etoo mich going on on this site. You haVE a logo ontop of the header area that you need to clean up. I really am not feeling the pink but that could be just me. I would be a little more strategic in the placement of my adsense, making it look more like part of the site. I would stick to text ads only.
www.youtube-unblock.info I like this one much better. The adsense blends in and makes me more likely to at least look at it. PlaCIng the ads as high as possible on the page I believe is the most effective. I think this would be a successful proxy if promoted.

Nice colors a lot of ads... why should a reader click on your ads... why one should stay more than a second on your web?? You may like to think about these. Too many ads have no purpose unless the reader get curious about them. creat a hunger in the reader and your purpose will be served
