A whole day long, I was looking to purchase some new domain names. I double checked multiple domain names, and the status of the domains I was looking for, changed every 5 minutes: registered, not registered, registered, not registered... Then I finally registered some new domain names, saying they were not registered yet, and I paid for them...5 minutes later, I received these mails for every single domain: Dear ***, The following domain name has failed to be registered: *** Error: ***: cannot register - already registered We will evaluate this error and retry the registration if appropriate. If we are unable to successfully register the domain name, your account will be credited accordingly. Please allow one business day for the refund to be processed. Anyone else had these problems with Godaddy today?

The same happened to me too. I would like to get 6 domains for my new project and you know what, something is not right there and i put my registration on hold. Btw, i succesfully grab those domain names with namecheap.
I tried to register it there too after the Godaddy mails, but it said immediatly that the name wasn't available. I needed to check it first before registering @ Godaddy, stupid of me But I'm happy to hear that you succesfully grabbed your names!
Maybe that's why I found an available LLLL earlier!!! I shouldn't have believed my luck I guess, because I got very excited about it, then I almost died when I saw it was not available a few minutes later. The whois info says 2005-2010 now.
