What software should I use to create landing pages? [examples inside]

I've heard that you can use Photoshop and Illustrator, BUT when I use Illustrator it seems like everything I make just comes out to be one big sliced up .GIF image and it's not really a web page. I wanna use software that will make a solid web page (HTML, php, coded, etc), so if I use it for Affiliate Marketing/PPC Marketing, it will get a good quality score and be believable by the consumer.

Would something like Dreamweaver help me in these situations? What's the learning curve for Dreamweaver or similar software?

Here are some examples of similar landing pages that I would like to create:

    Credit Score

    Ringtones 1

    Ringtones 2

    Dating 1

    Dating 2

    Beauty Product

    Blockbuster/Netflix

^^ there are also many other styles and ways of designing landing pages (depending on the offer)

Jesus Christ... Code always by hand if you ever want to become a professional Web designer.

Just make some HTML/CSS layout. Go to Photoshop and draw a design according to your layout. Then slowly start slicing the image and changing the HTML markup to look as the PSD file via CSS. Just remember to use as few images as possible, use repeating images and some stuff can be achieved just with CSS, no need for images :)

haha, you see, the problem is that I'm lazy. And if I can make these simple landing pages in a software program that is faster, easier, and better than coding by hand, then I will.;) Just trying to make a simple 3-page landing page site is different than making a full-on web site, not becoming a professional web designer in the near future.

    Solid advice, though.
