Yes it is very disappointing when you don't receive feedback at all after working hard on an entry. Especially when it's for such a low sum of money as this. You should give feedback right away, however basic it is, just so that people have an opportunity to improve it before the contest ends. It's beneficial to yourself as a contest holder too because then you are going to receive entries more suited to your own needs.
There is a valid reason for not offering feedback yet, and I'm sure the more alert of you reading this thread will understand it. I did not want to hinder or prevent further entrants by criticizing the current entrants. Ofcourse I will offer feedback, just after more designs have been submitted, I'm sure you guys can wait a day or two, if not I can PM you feedback
Secondly people making judgements as bold as you should brush up there english skills first, or atleast there perception. By saying 'offer' it simply means nobody is forced to listen or take into account my feedback.
I don't see what the problem in this thread is. after there are 5 designs posted there will be some feedback for them all. That way new designers joining the thread wont feel discouraged, or think they don't have a chance at winning if they do enter. oh, and depending on how long this says open I might make an entry...
Nothing wrong, people just wanted to get feedback about their designs, He understood the idea and all good now.
I'm glad thats sorted so we can get back to creating some fine art, or you guys can since I'm crap at it!
