The layout and design is not bad but I think you should have some text on the page that describes what the videos are about.
Unfortunately, it shows me "A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"" I think you need to contact your host. These problems can affect your Google position. I was able to see the cached page, though. I completely agree with kingofsanda. You need a strong introduction to touch your visitors. I would also re-think the Google search box. You now have two search boxes and it may be confusing. You can move the Google box below your own search box and explain what is the difference. Anyway, I think it is a great site.
