Do you think Google SERP results vary country wise due to the following factor Theory 1. =========== Google ranks domains well in India, if it sees that the website fetches more visitors from Indian IP address. Kindly let me know your views about the same.
specific country domain extension (like .in for india) geographic site's host location. (hosting located in india) geographic site's traffic (traffic mainly from india) site contents. (indian related contentes or anything that indians people interested) these are all the factors that google will consider on your site's SERPs. !!!!
This is right theory for your site SERP's............................. One more thing i wud like to add here your page Title. Means you cud use your country name with your keywords................ You are wrong here. This is not the right way to analysis traffic..................
I think the factors that google consider for country wise ranking are The Geographical location option in google webmaster tools Domain extension Sources of Backlinks etc The factor you mentioned, Not sure, but I think google do not count it.
I've a US website, surprisingly ranking well from India, and is not seen from US that well. I was looking out for reasons around the same.
@tradeya, you consider yourself as a webmaster? I advise you to go back to the basics. As @angilina said, the most important factor is your domain extension. If you are using .com/.net/.org, you can use Geographical location option in google webmaster tools (otherwise Google will tell you something like: "Your site's domain (.co.uk) is already associated with the country/region: United Kingdom" . Note that you can set country/region for every "folder" of your site! If you have www.mydomain.com/india/, just go to webmaster tools and on the main page press Add Site, put in "www.mydomain.com/india/". Now you can manage only this folder. Forget about server location and IP. That is bunch of BS.
